…that man was created in the image of God (Genesis 1:26), that he sinned (Romans 3:23), and in sinning incurred moral depravity, physical, and spiritual death (everlasting punishment) (Romans 5:12, Matthew 25:46).

…that Jesus Christ died as a substitutionary sacrifice for the sins of all mankind according to the scriptures (1 Corinthians 15:3, 1 John 2:2) and that there is no other way of salvation or deliverance from sin except through personal faith in, and reception of the Lord Jesus Christ as savior whereby we become sons of God (John1:11-12, Acts 4:12).

…in the physical resurrection (Acts 2:24, Luke 24:46) and ascension of the Lord Jesus Christ into heaven (Acts 1:9) where He continues His effective ministry in the presence of God as our high Priest and Advocate (Hebrews 7:25) and in His personal, pre-millenial return (1 Thessalonians 4:16-17).

…that the Holy Spirit baptizes all believers into the body of Christ, indwells and seals them unto the day of redemption, and that every child of God should be filled with the Holy Spirit, the Comforter, Who reveals Christ, and empowers the believer for victorious living and effective service (1Corinthians 12:12-14, Ephesians 1:13-14, Acts 1:8, Ephesians 5:18).

…in the bodily resurrection of the just in their respective order (Revelation 20:4) and the everlasting blessedness of the saved (Revelation 21) and the everlasting conscious punishment of the lost (Mark 9:43-44, Revelation 20:15).

…and observe two scriptural ordinances: the Lord’s Supper (1 Corinthians 11:23-26) and believers’ Baptism by immersion (Matthew 28:19, Romans 6:4).

…in the personality of Satan, that he is an arch enemy of God and man and at present is the prince of    this age, the prince of the power of the air, “the spirit that now worketh in the children of    disobedience”, that he seeks to condemn mankind and that he, with all unbelievers, shall be eternally punished in the lake of fire (Job 1:6-7, 2 Thessalonians 2:7-9, Revelation 20:1-10, 1Peter 5:8).
